Year 7 pupils recently embarked on an exciting two-day, one-night residential at the flagship PGL site in Liddington. The pupils participated in various adventurous activities, including Jacob’s Ladder, Disc Golf, The Giant Swing, and Archery. Their enthusiasm, courage, and resilience shone throughout the trip, as they embraced each challenge with a commendable can-do attitude.
Despite a rainy Thursday, the sun made a welcome appearance on Friday, as Mr Sebastian, Mr Stone, Mr Close, and Mr Murphy visited the site for the day. A big thank you to all the staff involved in making the trip a success, with special thanks to the non-pupil-facing staff, Miss Edwards and Miss Montoya-Quintero, for their positive contributions.
The pupils also enjoyed the meals provided, with the early 7.00 am breakfast proving surprisingly popular, and the flavoured water being a particular favourite.
In the words of Mr Allan, the trip was “Proper Good Liddington.”
