Surbiton High School proudly celebrates the success of its U13 Girls Football Team, who secured a 1-0 victory in the EFL Girls Cup Grand Final held at Wembley Stadium. This exceptional achievement comes after progressing through the Local, Area and Regional rounds of the competition, which saw over 700 schools from across the country take part. Impressively, this marks the third time in four seasons that a team from Surbiton High School has reached the final.
Looking ahead, the School has six more teams competing in National Finals throughout May, with fixtures scheduled at both Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.
At Stoke City:
- Tuesday 6 May at 5.30pm – 1st XI v Whitley Bay
- Wednesday 7 May at 1.30pm – U16 v South Hunsley
At West Bromwich Albion:
- Tuesday 20 May at 3.30pm – U13 Silvers v Shenfield
- Tuesday 20 May at 5.30pm – U13 Greens v St Joseph’s RC
- Wednesday 21 May at 9.30am – U15 Silvers v Thorpe St Andrew
- Wednesday 21 May at 11.30am – U15 Greens v South Hunsley
