On Saturday 25 January, two teams of talented Year 7 and Year 8 gymnasts showcased their skills at the London Novice Floor and Vault competition. For many of the pupils, this marked their first experience competing externally. Despite initial nerves during the warm-up, they demonstrated remarkable composure, performing beautiful floor routines and delivering fantastic vaults.
The U13(B) team, composed of Isobel W, Valary N, Alisa E, Emily G, and Marie H, secured the silver medal in their category with a polished and confident display.
Meanwhile, the U13(A) team — consisting of Darcey C, Abi H, Sophie R, Ana V, and Sofia — earned the bronze medal, further highlighting the impressive standard of gymnastics within the School.
