On Monday 26 February, the Year 6 Mint team travelled to Charterhouse School for the U11 IAPS Netball Tournament. The day began with four pool stage matches against St Christophers, Edgeborough, Cheam School and St Hilary’s. Winning three out of four of these matches, the girls secured their place in the Cup Competition. Quarter-final time and we came up against Chesham Prep – the girls displayed fantastic patient netball and secured a 4-1 win taking the team through to the semi-final. After a close semi-final against Barrow Hills, the game ended in a 7-5 loss. Throughout the day, the girls demonstrated fantastic netball, determination, and team spirit. We are extremely proud of this team for showing hard work, positivity and focus in both the lead up and throughout this tournament. Well done, girls!
