The 2023 tennis tour to Vale do Lobo proved to be another terrific success. This is the 9th time we have run this tour as each year we are so well looked after by the staff from 5 Star Tennis Holidays, that we never hesitate to return. The combination of the luxurious 5-star Ria Park Hotel, acrylic courts at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, strong on court coaching and beautiful weather are difficult to beat.
The tour is open to all our keen players and a great way to start the school’s tennis season. A typical day will see players spend 1.5 hours on court in the morning, working on a different technical aspect of their game each day, then another 1.5 hours on court in the afternoon, putting the morning’s teaching points into practice, normally within a live ball situation. The rest of the time is normally spent in or around one of the resorts indoors or outdoors pools, by the beach at the Praca or eating ice cream!
