Drama

Drama is a highly valued aspect of the curriculum that helps boys develop confidence and the important aspects of teamwork, including collaboration, listening skills, empathy, debate and performance. All boys have the opportunity to perform in front of an audience during their time at the Prep – Reception to Year 2 present a Christmas-themed performance in the Autumn Term and Key Stage 2 combine for their production in the Spring Term. Recent productions have included 'Christmas Around the World', 'The Wind in the Willows' and 'Alex in Wonderland'. There are also other opportunities to take part in drama activities through class drama, assemblies and the Co-curricular offerings.

In addition to participating in drama, we value having the opportunity to watch drama too. As a whole School, we have visited Wimbledon Theatre to watch their Christmas pantomimes and invite theatre companies into School to enrich the curriculum in areas such as History, Science and Languages.
